Our standard Free shipping takes 3-5 business days to process your order and approximately 3-5 days for shipping. We do our best to expedite shipments, and you will often receive your order much sooner. However, it may occur that unforeseen issues or problems with couriers or logistics may delay your order, but we do everything in our power to get it to you as soon as possible.
We can not guarantee precise time frames for shipping because issues can arise which are outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed as delivered by USPS.
Some of our items ship separately, so you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers if this is the case.
Our items ship from multiple facilities in the United States, and they will be sent from the closest facility to you.
Please contact us and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the transit company. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to send you a replacement immediately!

First, you will receive an order confirmation email, letting you know your order was placed. Then, once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an email with specific tracking information for your order.
Please note, it can take a few minutes for the tracking number to sync with your package, so if it does not show right away, don’t worry. Many of your items will ship separately, and some items may arrive before others. Do not worry, your items are on their way!

Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after they have been placed. One of the ways we ensure fast delivery to you is with a rapid processing time. Once you place your order, it is immediately on its way to fulfillment.
If your size is showing up as “Out of Stock”, that means the item is currently sold out. If you wish to get an Out of Stock item, please contact us with the product name, color, size, etc., and we will let you know if we can get it to you.
We may have sent your items in separate packages, so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If this is the case, each delivery packing slip will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the packing slip from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing item’s name, and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
We want to sort out any issues with damaged items right away. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with the order number, the faulty item’s name, and a description AND photo of the fault. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can and send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
